History and Tradition were the pillars of the brand Samih Hassan Al Yaman & Sons, founded in 1882 in Sidon, south Lebanon. The Phoenician port was the cradle of a long and successful story in food manufacturing that later became a prominent brand in the Lebanese food industry.
